Michelle Hélène Palacios Garcia brings to Lincoln Park Consulting (LPC) experience in public relations, marketing and business development in the U.S. and the Philippines. Garcia is a Principal for Business Development at LPC and is the Chief Operating Officer of the Washington Intergovernmental Professional Group (WIPG), a networking organization that serves recently posted Ambassadors and newly elected members of the House and Senate, as well as their respective staff members, in establishing contacts with high-level policy makers in the Washington, DC area. WIPG is an independent organization in partnership with LPC.
Prior to taking up residence in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Garcia served as a Business Development Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Manila, the Philippines, and was wholly responsible for business intelligence gathering and maintaining business and credit/economic information for research and planning activities that aided partners in the practice development effort. She also assisted in designing and developing proposal strategies and new business initiatives for the Firm in the areas of Audit and Assurance, Tax and Consulting Services. She coordinated closely with the Marketing and Communications Department in the production of internal and external marketing publications and tools.
While living in New York City, Garcia was an active member of the United Nations Delegations Women’s Club (UNDWC), which primary goal is to promote relations among the representatives of the various missions including UNICEF, the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund.
Garcia holds an MBA from Fordham University, New York and a BA in Business Administration from Richmond University, the American International University in London.
